The Fine Print:
Referral must be submitted before we schedule the free inspection on the subject property. Referrals are valid for 60 days. If more than one person submits a referral for the same person, the money will be sent to whoever turned in the referral first. The project must be completed and paid prior referral fee processing. Please allow up to 3 weeks after completion of the job for the check to arrive.
