Frances has been with Dunwell since day one. She’s the heart of our operations team, helping build the systems that keep everything moving.
Based in Winston-Salem with her husband Brant and their two children, Max and Marren, Frances wears many hats:
- Hiring and supporting our installation crews
- Managing our production and estimating calendars
- Communicating with clients throughout their projects
Her attention to detail and calm under pressure help ensure every job goes off without a hitch.
💼 Jennifer Mays — Director of Marketing & Finance
Jennifer also joined from the very beginning, shaping how we connect with homeowners across central North Carolina. She lives in High Point with her husband Brantley and their children, Hayden and Natalie.
Her role blends creativity and strategy:
- Running our social media, newsletter, and direct mail campaigns
- Managing business finances
- Market research and development and implementation of growth strategies
Jennifer helps keep Dunwell growing, while making sure we stay true to our roots.
👷♂️ Tripp Kivett — Project Manager
Tripp joined the Dunwell team in 2024 and quickly became an essential part of the field and office connection. He lives in Oak Ridge with his wife Heather and their son Gavin.
Tripp’s responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and supporting our production crew
- Working within budgets to keep projects on track
- Acting as a direct point of contact for homeowners
His steady leadership ensures our crews have what they need to deliver top-quality results—on time and on budget.
